After experiencing a family tragedy, we were reminded how short life can be. It pushed us to stop waiting and start creating the life we want — one where we build something for ourselves and leave a legacy we’re proud of.
Between us, we’ve got strong experience in organisation, leadership, finance, and property operations. We’re hands-on, detail-focused, and passionate about quality. Whether it’s budgeting, planning works, or managing a project from start to finish — we bring it all together as a team.
MD Property Innovations is just getting started, but our ambition is big. We’re building a portfolio that blends flips, rentals, BRR deals, and eventually, holiday lets. Every project is a step toward our future — and we’re doing it with care, integrity, and a lot of graft.
